Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 10, bathroom with soaker tub and shower, double-sided fireplace, organic cotton linens, sauna, outdoor shower, charcoal barbecue, ping pong table, paddle boards, wood and canvas beach chairs and umbrella.

Address is 16 McCosh Hill, 10 minutes south of Kincardine’s picturesque harbour, restaurants, Scottish pipe band parades on summer Saturday evenings.

Beach

Sand beach, walkable for miles in either direction, and freshwater lake for swimming, boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking.

Grove

Acreage behind is owned in common with neighbouring cottages and includes forests, trails, tennis courts, and 9-hole golf course.

$6000/week (CAD) in July & August.
